Can I order dance shoes via the phone?

 

Yes you sure can. We love to speak to our customers on the phone. Simply call us on (02) 9006 9200 and we would be happy to take your dancewear order. If we don't pick up, it simply means we are busy helping another Raw Dancewear customer. Be sure to leave your name and contact number or email and we will call you straight back.

How do I know what size dance shoe to buy?

 

To get an accurate size, simply download and print out our ‘Raw Dancewear Foot Measuring Chart’ which is located on our Home Page and Shop Page. When printing ensure your printer settings are standard 100% print, this will ensure 1cm = 1cm once you print the sizing chart out.

Once printed place the dancer’s heel on the back line and measure to the tip of the longest toe. This will give you the measurement in centimetres and US sizing.

Wholesale Pricing: Do you offer wholesale pricing to Dance Studio owners?

 

We offer wholesale prices to studio owners and stockists. For more information on this, please contact the office at shop@rawdancewear.com.au

Within these Dance Studio owners packages we have a range of options available. These include dance shoe fitting days, dancewear credit incentives and various promotional opportunities.

Postage Details: I am only ordering an small order, is there a postage discount for small orders?

 

Raw Dancewear offers a $9.50 flat postage rate to anywhere in Australia. This is for up to 4 pairs of shoes per order.

For single smaller items purchased eg: stockings we offer a reduced flat postage rate of $5.00. Simply email the office and we will give you a code word to put in the “Apply Coupon” box to receive your discounted delivery flat rate.

For bigger orders, you can contact the office via phone or email and discuss alternative delivery options and costs.

Can I play for my order via money order?

 

Yes we will accept money order. Some people still like to use Money Order. Please contact us at shop@rawdancewear.com.au to discuss arrangements for money order payments

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

We endeavour to keep all products in stock and guarantee that your item will be sent out by despatch within 48 hours of payment. Our delivery systems are fast ensuring you receive your product as fast and possible.

On average you should receive your item no later than 5 business days after making payment for your order. If a delay occurs with our shipping we will contact you and advise you of the situation so you are not standing around your mailbox waiting...

If by chance stock is not in at the time of your order, we will contact you directly and discuss a timeframe for your order.

What is your returns policy?

 

The quality of our shoes is exceptional and to show that we believe in our products, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

We will exchange or refund your dancewear item if it is returned within 14 days from the delivery date in an unworn new condition and in it's original packaging.

When trying on shoes please refrain from pulling on the front elastics on ballet shoe as this stretching prevents us reselling the item.

If you would like an 'exchange' we have a reduced postage fee of $5.00 to help you get the product and sizing you need without the stress of overcharged postage.

You alternatively can send a postage bag with your returned item, it is really up to you. Due to health reasons we are unable to exchange tights.
